Biking for Babies

Just wanted to let you know that our son  Jimmy is gearing up again for his mission to raise pro-life funds with his project called BIKING FOR  BABIES.  Last year Jimmy and his friend, Mike biked the state of Illinois over Spring Break - 600 miles in 6 days to raise over $15,000 for pro-life organization and an adoption center.  This year the program has expanded and Jimmy will lead a team of students form the University of Wisconsin, where he is currently working as a FOCUS missionary and Mike will lead a team from University of Illinois.  The two teams will bike 600 miles each in 5 days for a total of 1200 miles.  They hope to raise well over $20,000 but more importantly bring an awareness of the importance of life as they travel through the various cities.

To learn more about their mission, follow their blog as they bike through Illinois and part of Iowa or to support the cause either financially or with prayer please  go to
http://www.bikingforbabies.com  or on Facebook at Biking for Babies.

Below is a comment from a Biking for Babies rider, Stacy Hague, age 20:

"This bike ride is a physical manifestation of the love for life we and our supporters hold in our hearts. Each mile we ride and each calorie we burn is really our burning desire for the freedom and right of every individual to LIVE, no matter how small." -

Thank you for any support you can give to this worthwhile cause! Hope you enjoy the website http://www.bikingforbabies.com

God Bless,
Stephanie Becker
